Can I return my personalised stationery?

All personalised stationery is made to order and as such, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Once you have approval your PDF proof via email, we will make every effort to ensure that your stationery is printed as closely as possible to the proof.

We have a duty of care towards all our clients and therefore any errors or discrepancies will be brought to your attention immediately.



In the event that we have made an error with the specifications of the finished item, replacement stationery will be provided whenever possible.
